CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener University women's track and field team hosted and competed in its fourth MAC Only Meet of the season on Saturday.

In the sprints and sprint hurdles, the Pride secured four top-three finishes.
Dani Peyton placed first in the 100 meters, clocking in at 13.07 seconds.
Angelica Howell took second in the 400 meters with a time of 1:01.93.
Magdalyn McGlyn finished third in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 17.71 seconds while
Rachel Parr's time of 1:13.71 in the 400 meter hurdles was also good for third.

In the 800 meters,
Maia Semmes and
Carly Gable took second and third with times of 2:20.48 and 2:23.34, respectively.

In the field events,
Darby Reiss and
Hailey Welchans placed second and third in the pole vault with heights of 2.96 and 2.66 meters, respectively. In the shot put,
Jackie Guht's toss of 10.38 meters was good for third place.

Widener returns to action on Saturday, May 1 when it travels to Alvernia to compete in its final meet before the MAC Championships.
