CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener men's swimming team won all 11 events as it cruises to a 152-29 victory over Immaculata on Friday night at Schwartz Athletic Center.
With the win, the Pride pushed their record to 6-2 on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST IMMACULATA
- Kyle Cantrell and Daniel Parker each had a hand in winning three events. Cantrell took first in the 100-yard freestyle (50.27 seconds) and 200 free (1:54.66) while also helping the 400 free relay team win (3:23.28). Parker won the 500 free (5:05.15) and the mixed 400 individual medley (4:29.04) while assisting the 400 medley relay team to a win in 3:46.99.
- Zach Anderson, Jason Mongiovi, Josh Cunningham, and Isaiah Moreef each had a hand in winning two events. Anderson won the 1,000 free (11:10.09) and the 100 breaststroke (1:12.02); Mongiovi took first in the 100 butterfly in 53.43 and was a part of the 400 medley relay win; Cunningham came away with the win in the 50 free in 22.78 and was also a part of the 400 medley relay victory; and Moreef touched the wall first in the 100 backstroke in 57.74 and helped the 400 free relay win.
- Gavin Franklin rounded out the Pride's winners by taking the 200 IM in 2:16.77.
- The Pride had 17 times qualify for the MAC Championships.

The Pride will travel to Madison, N.J. on Dec. 3 and 4 to compete in the Ranger Invitational. Meet time is set for 10 a.m. on Dec. 3 and 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4.
