Callahan, Radnoff, and Schlosser turn in multi-goal performances

CHESTER, Pa. - The Widener University field hockey team scored a season-high 12 times as it took down Neumann University Saturday afternoon on its way to an 8-2 record. The Blue and Gold remains undefeated at home with a 5-0 run on Dixon Field this fall.

HIGHLIGHTS
  • Erin Callahan led all players on the field with seven points off three goals and an assist. The trio of scores marks her first ever hat trick in a blue and gold uniform.
  • Madi Radnoff also picked up a hat trick en route to her third multi-goal game of the season. She remains the only player in the MAC Commonwealth with double-digit goals this fall at 13.
  • Jesse Schlosser was the third WU player to find the scoring column multiple times with two goals on the afternoon.
  • Makenzie Adamson, Bryn Marcavage, Gianna Perna, and Maddie Hoyer each added one score a piece to give Widener a total of seven different players who recorded goals in the match. Hoyer's tally represented the first of her career.
