WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Hollie Jones had a career-high 13 kills as the Widener University women's volleyball team fell to the Lycoming Warriors 3-1 in the MAC Commonwealth opener for both teams.
 
MATCH NOTES (19-25, 25-22, 18-25, 17-25)

• In addition to her kill total, Jones hit .500 for the match.
• Shelby Motz added nine kills and nine digs.
• Sydney Nichols topped the Pride with 19 assists. Ashley Mcafee posted 10 digs.
• After a tough first set, the Blue and Gold played back-and-forth with Lycoming early in the second. Neither team held more than a three point lead the remainder of the frame, before a successful swing finished the frame.
