ASTON, Pa. – Three players recorded 10 or more kills as the Widener University men's volleyball team picked up its first win of the season, downing the Neumann Knights 25-19, 28-26, 23-25, 25-23 on Wednesday night.

BY THE NUMBERS
- Wil Cacciatore led the Pride, posting his first double-double of the season with 2019 bests in kills (14), digs (14), and aces (3).
- Zach Piotti posted a career-best 10 kills, hitting .316 in the match.
- Matt Blaum also had double digits on the offensive end with 10 kills.
- Several players had strong a strong defensive match. Matt Lambert, Alex Arnow, and Ty Dorang each had career-best numbers in digs with 19, 16, and 12 respectively. Arnow posted a double-double, adding a team-leading 24 assists.
- Connor Johnson also had a double-double with 14 assists and 10 digs. He also led the Pride with four aces.
- Widener had recorded season highs in hitting percentage and services aces for the match.
