COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Widener University women's volleyball team pulled off a stunning comeback, rallying from two sets down to defeat the Ursinus Bears 21-25, 22-25, 25-19, 25-22, 15-9 on Saturday afternoon.

MATCH NOTES
- Hollie Jones led the Pride 10 kills on the afternoon, hitting .333.
- Shelby Motz and Alnisha Saintilus added nine kills apiece.
- Motz was one of four Widener players with double-figures in digs with 11. Ashley McAfee had 17, Kayla Ewart posted 15, and Liz Kwon added 10.
- Sydney Nichols led the Blue and Gold with 21 assists. Kwon had 14.
- After hitting .116 in the first two sets, the Pride connected at a .278 clip in the final three.
- The third set was where the tide began to turn as with the score tied 16-16, Widener ripped off six points in a row to pull away.
- In the fourth, WU trailed 15-14 before rallying again with another 6-0 run to take control of the frame.
