RADNOR, Pa. –
Aaron Green posted an NCAA provisional time with a season-best mark in the 50 free as the Widener University men's swimming team topped the Cabrini Cavaliers 175-82 on Saturday afternoon.
Green won the 50 free with a season best time of 20.47, improving on his mark set earlier this year at the F&M Invitational. The senior later won the 100 fly in 52.03.
Nick Masciandaro had three wins on the day, He claimed 100 back first, clocking in at 57.88. He later was the top finisher in the 200 back with his 2:07.35. Masciandaro closed his day with a victory in the 200 IM at 2:09.18.
John Porter Luksic was also a multiple winner, taking the 100 and 200 breaststrokes with times of 1:03.04 and 2:16.74 respectively.
Chris Fleming won the 200 fly, finishing in 2:09.34.
Martin Bohdan claimed the top spot in the 200 free with a time of 1:51.42.
The quartet of Green,
Paolo Cortez,
Daniel Parker, and Bohdan won the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:42.55.
Tim Dando, Cortez, Bohdan, and Green were first in the 200 free relay at 1:29.06.
The Pride returns to action next Saturday with a MAC battle at Arcadia.
