CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener University women's swimming team were dealt a 144-118 loss in a MAC meet on Saturday afternoon to the Arcadia University Knights.
 
The Pride won five individual events and one relay. The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Nikki Mowry, Kaylin Augustine, Christine Kunzler and Jill Bujanowski touched first in a time of 3:50.18. Two of the four relay team members also had event victories. Bujanowski took first in three events finishing the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:15.71 while also earning a first place finish in the 100 butterfly (1:00.66) and the 200 IM (2:17.61), respectively. Kunzler clocked in with a time of 25:01 for first in the 50 free and Sammy Grogan took home a first place finish in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:33.89.

Widener returns to action on Saturday, Jan. 27 when it visits Ramapo College. Meet time is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
