GLENSIDE, Pa. – After a scoreless first half, the Arcadia Knights scored a pair of goals in the second stanza as the Knights downed the Widener University women's soccer team 2-0 in a MAC Commonwealth match on Wednesday night.
 
Sam Thach kept the Pride in the match in the first half, making four saves to help ensure a 0-0 score after 45 minutes. Arcadia scored the initial goal of the contest in the 50th minute and added a penalty kick tally in the 62nd.
 
The Pride returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 21 when it hosts Alvernia at Quick Stadium at 2:30 p.m.
