SARASOTA, Fla. (Jan. 6, 2016) – Senior
Ian Gaynor (Donegal, Ireland) and sophomore
Aaron Green (Camden-Wyoming, Del.) each factored into three first-place finishes to propel the Widener University men's swimming team to a 132-56 victory over Baldwin Wallace on Friday afternoon.
Gaynor won the 100-yard freestyle in 47.31 seconds in addition to being a part of both relays. Green hit the wall at 55.07 to take first in the 100 IM and also contributed to both relays.

Jeff Hicks (White Haven, Pa.), junior
Tom Platt (Wallingford, Pa.), freshman
Martin Bohdan (Tobyhanna, Pa.) and senior
Michael Grajek (Freehold, N.J.) won individual events to secure the win the Pride. Hicks won the 200 free with a time of 1:47.76, Platt captured the 50 free in 21:93, Bohdan took the 100 butterfly in 55.58 and Grajek won the 100 back with a time of 57.38.
Widener (8-0, MAC 6-0) will return to action to compete against Wilkes and host Cabrini on Saturday, Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
