Women's Soccer Draws, 0-0, With DeSales


Widener tied DeSales played tough only to end in a 0-0 draw under the lights at Leslie C. Quick Stadium.
 
Junior goalie Olivia Pfautz (Ephrata, Pa) made eight saves in 110 minutes on Saturday. The junior recorded her fourth shutout of the season.
 
Widener (3-3-2) recorded nine shots in the contest, with four of them coming off the foot of senior Jenna Pedrick (Sicklerville, NJ).
 
Sophomore Karli Luker (Mechanicsburg, Pa) forced keeper Michelle Churchman to make a play on one of her two shots.
 
DeSales (2-4-2) outshot Widener 13-9 with six shots coming in the second half.
 
Widener is back on the field on Saturday at 1:00 pm as it hosts Eastern at Leslie C. Quick Stadium.
