Pryzbylkowski Helps Men's Basketball to Victory Over Messiah for Sixth Straight Win

Senior Mark Pryzbylkowski (New Egypt, NJ) was perfect from the free throw line for men's basketball as Widener defeated Messiah, 83-67, at the Schwartz Center for their sixth straight victory.
 
The guard recorded 14 points and was a perfect four-for-four from the charity line. He added three rebounds, five assists and two steals in the victory.
 
Widener (7-1, 2-0 CC) shot 54.5 percent from the field. Senior Greg Lawson (Mount Holly, NJ) led the Pride with six rebounds, as the Pride held the advantage on the boards 35-27.
 
Junior forward David Nicholson (Odenton, MD) led Pride scorers with 19. He shot seven-of-eleven from the field, and recorded two steals, five rebounds and one assist.
 
Messiah (4-3, 0-3 CC) guard David Fernandez led all scorers with 24 points. He added two assists, one steal and four boards.
 
The Pride will be back on the court on Wednesday at 8:00 pm on the road against Swarthmore.
