Miller Leads Volleyball to Fourth Straight Victory

Senior Victoria Miller (West Chester, Pa) moved to fifth all-time on the career digs list in Widener's 3-1 Commonwealth Conference victory (26-28, 25-20, 25-15, 25-20) over Arcadia at the Schwartz Center.
 
Miller's 22 digs moved her career total to 1,310. She started the 2014 campaign ranked 10th all-time on the list with 1,025 digs. Miller also recorded two service aces.
 
Senior Jessica Dembeck (Philadelphia, Pa) led the Pride with a .421 hitting percentage.  She recorded a team-high 17 kills and one error on 38 total attacks for the Pride (5-15, 2-2 CC).
 
Sophomore Brooke Ruditys (Upper Chichester, Pa) recorded 17 kills and seven errors on 54 total attacks for a hitting percentage of .185. Classmate Sabrina Barbieri (Media, Pa) recorded 48 assists.
 
Alexia Bell notched 25 assists, Natalie Cadmus had 13 kills and Makenna Micklus added 11 for the Knights (10-5, 2-3).

Widener will be back on the court on Friday as it travels to La Verne, CA to take on Whittier at 2:00 pm ET and Virginia Wesleyan at 4:30 pm ET at the Leopard Invitational.
