The Lions (13-9) got four straight RBI in the fifth to take a 5-1 lead. Scott Kelly lined an RBI double, Anthony Cocuzza followed with a sacrifice fly, Jim Ruzich roped an RBI double and Mike Murphy added a run-scoring triple. Widener (13-11) got two back in the sixth for a 5-3 deficit. Senior Sean Saverio (Hatboro, PA) scored on a wild pitch and junior Dennis Hocker (Coral Springs, FL) lifted a sacrifice fly. Dallastown, PA senior Craig Ricks (2-1) was charged with five runs – four earned – and seven hits over five innings for the Pride, who ended with just five hits. Dominic Capuano allowed three runs – one earned – and four hits over six innings for the win and Michael Ham pitched a perfect ninth for the save.
