Men’s Basketball Handed 63-56 Loss at Lebanon Valley

Widener fell to .500 in the Commonwealth Conference with a 63-56 loss at Lebanon Valley in Annville, PA.

Junior Bob Makor (Philadelphia, PA) scored 14 points, Dillon Fields (Medford, NJ) netted 12 and fellow sophomore Greg Lawson (Mount Holly, NJ) added 12 and 11 rebounds for the Pride (1-4, 1-1 CC), who shot 44 percent (23-of-52) from the floor.

Matt O'Brien poured in 19 points, Danny Brooks scored 17, Joey Giangiobbe netted 12 and Kevin Agnew added 10 and nine rebounds for the Dutchmen (3-3, 2-1), who won despite shooting only 35 percent (17-of-48) from the field.

Widener on Wednesday visits Albright for an 8:00 pm start in Reading, PA.
