Widener took an early lead, only to run into a scoring barrage in the first half for a 19-7 Middle Atlantic Conference setback to FDU-Florham at Edith R. Dixon Field.

The Pride (4-6, 1-4 MAC) took a 4-1 cushion over the first 6:15 with freshman Jen Harnden (Hershey, PA) scoring twice.  But the Devils (6-3, 4-1) rattled off the last 10 goals of the half for an 11-4 lead, four of which were netted by Amanda Wayne.

Laura Gambardello also had four goals overall with Linda Bohn and Kristen Schuster posting three apiece.

Harnden had three goals for her second hat trick and junior Jackie Elliott (Upper Darby, PA) had two, giving her 17 over the last three games.

Widener hits the road Saturday to visit Misericordia for a 1:00 pm start.
