4/10/08 -- Rebecca Corrado (Pottstown, PA) and Tara Krasley (Collegeville, PA) scored three goals apiece and fellow senior Kerri Schulz (Philadelphia, PA) dished four assists for Widener, which cruised to an 18-6 victory at Immaculata.

Corrado, Krasley and sophomore Jackie Elliott (Upper Darby, PA) each scored twice during a stretch which Widener (3-7) netted 10 straight goals. This helped the Pride open a 10-1 lead midway through the first half.

Widener gained a 12-4 halftime lead thanks in part to a 24-12 shots advantage. The visitors closed the game with a 35-22 edge.

Schulz, Grace Cavanaugh (Voorhees, NJ), fellow junior Amanda Wilson (Delran, NJ) and freshman Calina Walz (Medford, NJ) scored two goals apiece for Widener. Elliott also had two assists and five draw controls, Walz totaled six draw controls and freshman Jill Cummings (Ocean Twp., NJ) made 11 saves.

Claire Lichty scored twice and Claire Giambi had five saves for Immaculata (1-7).

Widener again hits the road Saturday to face Lycoming, beginning at 1:00 pm in Williamsport, PA.
