Andrew Lee enters his second season as Head Men's Volleyball Coach in 2025-26.

Andrew Lee enters Widener as the Head Men's Volleyball Coach in 2024-25 with a plethora of coaching knowledge at all levels of the game. Recently, Lee spent a season with the women's volleyball team under Donovan Anglin as an assistant coach. He helped develop the Pride's student-athletes reach career milestones and goals set, develop and refine the skills necessary to become an All-Conference player, and created tournament and fundraising ideas to integrate into one of the largest budgets.
 
Recently, Lee served as the Head Volleyball Coach at Rosemont in Bryn Mawr, Pa. From 2019-21 he oversaw all operations of the program. During his three years with the Ravens, he helped coach record breaking athletes in multiple categories with top marks in all of Division III, established three CSAC All-Conference Honorable Mentions, and help cultivate team and player loyalty and dedication to the sport and program.
 
Outside of the Pride and collegiate volleyball, Lee has spent five years with the TNT Volleyball Club as the Head Coach and Director of National Team Development. At TNT the club has won the AVCA Winners Circle Club where they were ranked top in the region and had a winning percentage above 80%. He would help motivate club members to become stronger and more effective through proper nutrition and training, lead a team of assistant coaches through a developmental plan for success, and coordinate parents and boosters to meet the team needs.
 
From May 2023 on, Lee has served as an assistant coach with GEVA High Performance National Developmental Team – USA. He continues to showcase his experience by instructing and developing 17U athletes to their highest potential to compete at the USA Volleyball All-Star Championship. Lee
 
Beginning in 2022, Lee became the owner and founder of Philadelphia Founders which became the first professional men's volleyball team in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Founders play in the National Volleyball Association. Lee manages day-to-day business operations, establishes a social media presence, and continuously looks to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through collaboration with all aspects of the business.
 
Lee earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and management in 2015 from Rutgers University and currently resides in Pottstown, Pa.
