2022 Cross Country:

  • Finished 36th running the tenth fastest time in program history (23:18.2) at Paul Short helping the team to a 1st place finish in the White race.

2022 Outdoor Track: 

  • Helped the team to a 1st place school record 4 x 800 (9:23.74, split 2:22.99) at the MAC Championships. Also ran in the 4 x 400 to a 4th pace finish and was 5th in the 800 (2:24.43)
  • Had a season best and seventh Widener All-Time 800 (2:21.69) at the Widener Invitational
  • Ran a season best and seventh Widener All-Time 1500 (4:57.77)  at the Chester Quarry Classic. 

2022 Indoor Track: 

  • At the MAC Championships ran the 800 of the DMR relay to a school record (12:37.60) and second place finish.. Also, helped the 4x800 to a second place and second Widener All-Time finish (9:57.14) as well as placing 7th and seventh Widener All-Time in the 800 (2:26.70)
  • Ran a career best Mile (5:40.31) in the Plex Shootout at Alvernia University 

2021 Cross Country:

  • Finished 65th at the Metro Region Championships with a season best time of 24:46.3 helping the team to a third place finish
  • Finished 44th at the MAC Championships with a time of 25:38.4 helping the team to a second place finish
2021 Outdoor Track and Field: 
  • Helped the team to a 1st place and then school record 4 x 800 (9:31.05, split 2:24.94) at the MAC Championships. Also ran in the 4 x 400 (4:07.77) to a 3rd pace finish and was 10th in the 800 (2:25.65)
  • Ran a season best 800 (2:23.82) at the Widener MAC only Meet #4
  • Ran a season best 1500 (5:10.97) at the Widener MAC only Meet #3
  • Ran a career best 400 (1:03.17) at the Widener MAC only Meet #2
