Showed a 9:50.24 3000-meter at the Hounds Classic on Jan. 24, 2026... Ran a personal best 4:52.78 mile at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb 6, 2026... Held a personal best 3000-meter (9:45.09) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed first in the mile (4:57.07) and 3000-meter (9:54.29)... Set two Championship Record at MAC Championships in the mile and 3000-meter... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed second in the 1500-meter (4:34.42) and first in the 5000-meter (17:56.78)... Became a Second Team All-American at NCAA Championships in the 5000-meter (16:50.57) after placing 12th.

Ran the season's first 5000-meter (17:43.92) at the Widener Winter's Evening Invite at the Ott Center on Jan. 25, 2025... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed first in the mile (5:01.16), 3000-meter (10:18.08), and 5000-meter (17:42.89)... Became a Second Team All-American at NCAA Championships in the mile (4:57.74f & 4:56.38p) after placing ninth.

Competed in five meets as a senior... Opened with a personal best 10,000-meter (38.51.90) at the Danny Curran Invitational... Ran a 17:23.53 5000-meter at the Bison Outdoor Classic... Showed a 2:20.96 200-meter and 4:36.90 1500-meter at the Paul Donahue Invitational on Apr. 20, 2024... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed second in the 1500-meter (4:41.18), first in the 5000-meter (17:44.93), and third in the 4x800-meter relay (9:37.46)... Ended the season with a 16:57.22 5000-meter at the Widener Final Qualifier.

Placed sixth at the Penn State Tune-Up in the mile (5:00.87)... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed first in the mile (5:03.27) and 5000-meter (17:50.99)... Ran a 5:01.37 mile at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet on Mar. 2, 2024... Became a Second Team All-American at NCAA Championships in the mile (5:04.54) after placing 16th.
