2022 Cross Country:

  • Finished 169th running a career best time of 25:25.0 at Paul Short helping the team to a 1st place finish in the White race.

2022 Outdoor Track: 

  • Helped the team to a 1st place school record 4 x 800 (9:23.74, split 2:20.51) at the MAC Championships. Also ran in the 4 x 400 to a 4th pace finish and was 4th in the 800 (2:21.88)
  • Had a season best and second Widener All-Time 800 (2:17.29) at the Swarthmore final qualifier. 
  • Ran a career best 1500 (5:00.81) at the Chester Quarry Classic. 

2022 Indoor Track: 

  • At the MAC Championships helped the 4x800 to a second place and second Widener All-Time finish (9:57.14) as well as placing 5th in the 800 (2:25.23)
  • Ran a career best 800 ( 2:24.41) in the Fast Track National invite at the Ocean Breeze track complex
  • Ran a career best Mile (5:42.75) in the Plex Shootout at Alvernia University 

2021 Cross Country:

  • Finished 80th at the MAC Championships with a time of 26:55.7 
  • Ran a season best time of 26:12.3 at Paul Short
2021 Outdoor Track and Field: 
  • Ran a season best 800 (2:36.13) at the Widener MAC only Meet #4
2021 Indoor Track and Field: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
2020 Cross Country: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
