Ran a 10:25.45 3000-meter at the Hounds Classic on Jan. 24, 2026... Showed a personal best 10:11.09 in the 3000-meter at the Fastrack National Invite. At the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational ran a personal best 17:27.11 in the 5000-meter... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed fourth in the 3000-meter (10:17.30) and second in the 5000-meter (17:51.64).
2025 Outdoor - Junior
Competed in four meets as a junior... Opened the season in the 10000-meter (37:35.15) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 28, 2025... Showed two personal bests in the 800-meter (2:22.74) and 1500-meter (4:47.47) at the Paul Donahue Invitational on Apr. 19, 2025... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed fourth in the 5000-meter (18:20.74) and third in the 10000-meter (37:54.45).
2024-25 Indoor - Junior
Competed in seven meets as a junior... Opened the season at the West Point Open on Jan. 11, 2025 in the 3000-meter (10:45.15)... Ran in the 800-meter (2:29.25) and mile (5:19.50) at the Alvernia Winter Invitational on Jan. 18, 2025... Took second at the Widener Winter's Evening Invite in the 5000-meter (18:16.64)... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed sixth in the 3000-meter (10:32.53) and fifth in the 5000-meter (18:23.21)... Ended the season with a 10:29.95 3000-meter at the Tufts Final Qualifier.
2024 Outdoor - Sophomore
Competed in four meets as a sophomore... Opened the season with a 43:32.44 in the 10000-meter at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 29, 2024... Ran a 2:32.30 800-meter and 5:09.02 1500-meter at the TCNJ Invite and Multi... At the Paul Donahue Invitational ran an 18:05.24 in the 5000-meter... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed seventh in the 5000-meter (18:05.59) and sixth in the 10000-meter (39:50.74).
2023-24 Indoor - Sophomore
