He has most notably been serving as a head coach of the Olympic Development Program as well as a resident camp director for the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association since 2012. He has also been working as the Director of Coaching for Nether United for the past few years, which includes developing the program’s curriculum and advising development of players which range in age from four through 23-years old.

Prior to coaching, Reddick was a standout soccer player on the collegiate level at Boston College. On the scholastic level, Reddick was a three-time All-Delaware County honoree as a forward at nearby Strath Haven. He was also named the Delaware County Daily Times Player of the Year twice and helped lead the Panthers to an 18-1-1 record and the Central League title in 2006.

Reddick completed more than three years of education at Boston College and currently resides in Delaware.
