Isaac Pitkow

    Assistant Men's Soccer Coach
Isaac Pitkow is in his third season as an assistant men’s soccer coach at Widener University. He is responsible for assisting head coach Brent Jacquette with all aspects of the program.
 
Pitkow has had coaching experience both at the youth and collegiate levels. His most recent position was as a student assistant coach of the men’s soccer team in his final year at Dickinson College. He helped guide the Red Devils to a fifth-place finish in the Centennial Conference and an appearance in the Centennial Conference Tournament. He was also a coach for the Philadelphia Union’s Summer Select Camp at Philadelphia Soccer Club in the summer of 2015 where he was responsible for both the U-9 girls and U-10 boys teams.
 
As a collegian, Pitkow was a three-year starter at Dickinson before suffering a season-ending injury during preseason of his senior year. The midfielder, who finished his career with six goals and four assists, was selected to the Co-SIDA Academic All-District First Team in 2013 and made the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll twice for having a cumulative grade point average above a 3.4. He also helped guide Dickinson to three straight Centennial Conference and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
 
Pitkow graduated from Dickinson with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology in 2016. He currently works part-time as a Research Assistant in the lab of Dr. Andrew Wells at the University of Pennsylvania and recently earned his US Youth Soccer National F license.
