Reid Mayberry is in his third season as an assistant coach for the Pride. Mayberry worked in 2013 as a volunteer assistant coach at Roanoke, assisting in the day-to-day planning for the team, practices and team workouts. Mayberry worked primarily with the offense, was the man-up coach and ran the substitution box. He also has been an assistant coach for the Finish Hard Elite Boys Travel Lacrosse team and a camp counselor for the Fairfax County Summer Camps, both based in Northern Virginia.

Mayberry competed three seasons for Roanoke and was picked third team All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference as a senior in 2012. He played one season at Salisbury and was a member of its 2008 undefeated squad that won the national championship. He also was an All-America at W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, VA and competed on the ice hockey team as well. Mayberry graduated Roanoke in 2012 with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance.
