Dave DiPaola is in the fifth year of his second stint as an assistant coach for the Pride and his fourth year overall. He previously coached from 2008-10, helping the squad to two Middle Atlantic Conference titles. DiPaola arrived after serving two years as an assistant coach for Radnor High School. He also was a camp counselor for the Sting Lacrosse Camp in Radnor and for West Chester University.

DiPaola was a three-time All-America for Salisbury University (1999-2001), was tabbed Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2001 and helped the Seagulls win the 1999 NCAA championship. DiPaola is no stranger to the area, being named an All-America at Springfield High School in 1996. He continues competitive play with one of the local teams as a defender and longstick midfielder.
