Kendall Green is in his third season as an assistant coach with the Widener University men's basketball team following a four-year career with the program.
Green joins the Pride coaching staff after spending the past four seasons as a member of the men’s basketball program. As a team captain his junior and senior years, he averaged 12.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists in his final season. He ranked third on the team in scoring, finishing second in rebounding and assists. Green was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference Academic Honor Roll as well as the All-Sportsmanship Team.
In addition, the native of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, was a Widener Student Ambassador as well as a member of the Black Student Union and Black Men United. Green earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Widener in 2017 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the institution.
