Widener University Athletics

Vaughn Nichols-Taylor begins his third season as a member of the Widener University coaching staff. 

The Newark, Del. native played in 34 games during four seasons with the Pride, accumulating 107 tackles, 69 of them solo stops. His best season came in 2015 when he recorded 37 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and five pass breakups. 

Overall for his career, he had 7.5 TFL, 12 passes defended, a fumble recovery, and 0.5 sacks.es for Widener, he amassed 107 tackles and broke up 12 passes.
