Widener University Athletics

  Oliver Taylor, Jr. is in his second stint as a coach for the Pride, and his first season as receivers coach.  Before joining Widener in 2015, Taylor held the position of offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for a year at McKean High School in Wilmington, Del.  In 2013, he was the wide recievers coach at Seton Hill University.  For the 2012 season, Taylor was with the Pride as the running backs coach, assistant strength and conditioning coach, and assistant equipment manager.  From 2009 - 2012, Taylor was the quarterbacks coach, strength and conditioning coach, and equipment manager at Howard High School in Wilmington, Del.  He played quarterback and wide receiver for Delaware State University where he graduated in 2009 with a B.S. in Management with minors in finance & banking, marketing, and economics.
