Eugene Jones is in his second season as the linebackers coach and video coordinator for the Pride. He spent the 2011 campaign as a graduate assistant for Ithaca, leading the secondary that helped produced a first team all-league pick. He also helped the Bombers close first in the country punt returns and fourth in net punting yards. Jones also was an academic graduate assistant for the University of Pittsburgh in 2010, reporting on the players academic progress as well as breaking down film for the Panthers defense. Jones graduated Pittsburgh in 2010 with a degree in both Psychology and Africana Studies as well as a minor in Administration of Justice. He also earned an M.S. from Ithaca in 2012 in Sports Psychology.
