2017-18:
Competed in six meets as a freshman...Recorded his personal best in the 100 back (59.12.,) 100 fly (59.45.,) and 200 back (2:10.59.) at the Franklin & Marshall Winter Invitational. 

High School
Most Valuable Player his freshman and junior year at Jackson Memorial High School... Also received the Coaches Award his sophomore year... Team captian with personal best times of 24.32 in the 50 freestyle, 54.37 in the 100 free, 27.38 in the 50 backstroke, 58.84 in the 100 back, 27.39 in the 50 fly, 58.59 in the 100 fly and 2:14.75 in the 200 IM... Helped lead his team to becoming the NJ Shore Conference Division II Champions 2015... Member of Jaguar Buddies.

Personal
Son of Gema and Josefino Navarro... Enjoys collecting basketball cards and comics... Mentioned Michael Jordan as his favorite athlete... Aspires to become a web designer.

Why I Chose Widener?
"I chose Widener because I love the community around the campus and getting to meet my professors and new friends. I know some of the current swimmers on the team that are former high school and club swimming teammates."
