Helped the Pride win their fourth straight league title by finishing second overall with an 8,000-meter mark of 26:09.1 at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships (10/29) ... Also finished in the runner-up spot behind teammate Ernie Pitone at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/12) by navigating an 8,000-meter circuit in a collegiate-best time of 24:58 ... 2015:
Competed in four meets and was the team's number two runner as a junior ... Landed on the NCAA All-Mideast Region Team and the All-Middle Atlantic Conference First Team while also picking up Middle Atlantic Conference Runner of the Week accolades on Oct. 26 and ECAC South Region Runner of the Week laurels on Oct. 28 ... Placed third overall and first among collegians by circling a 4-mile course in 20:00.5 at the Haverford Invitational (10/23) ... Helped the Pride win its third consecutive league crown by finishing in the runner-up position by Ernie Pitone with an 8,000-meter time of 26:08.2 at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships (10/31) ... Played a huge role in leading the Pride to a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/14) by placing eighth overall and second on the team with an 8,000-meter mark of 25:43.8 ... Competed in five meets and was one of the team's top four runners as a sophomore ... Earned a spot on the NCAA All-Mideast Region Team and the All-Middle Atlantic Conference First Team ... Finished 35th overall and third on the squad in the Men's Brown Division race by circling an 8,000-meter course in 25:49.6 at the prestigious Paul Short Run (10/4) ... Helped the Pride win its second straight league title by placing third on the squad and fourth in the field at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships (11/1) ... Competed in five meets and was one of the team's top three runners as a freshman ... Made the NCAA All-Mideast Region Team, the All-Middle Atlantic Conference First Team and was recognized as the ECAC South Region Runner of the Week on Oct. 28 ... Placed 57th overall and third on the team in collegiate debut by navigating a 4-mile circuit in 21:07.6 at the Main Line Invitational (9/26) ... Placed 24th in the field and second on the squad with an 8,000-meter time of 26:28.7 in the Men's Brown Division race at the prestigious Paul Short Run (10/5) ... Led the Pride by hitting the tape seventh in 20:29.7 on a 4-mile course at the Haverford Invitational (10/25) ... Helped the team capture the league crown by finishing sixth overall and third on the team with an 8,000-meter mark of 27:01.9 at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships (11/2) ... Led the team to an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regionals by circling an 8,000-meter course in 25:33.1, which was good for 29th overall, to conclude the season on a high note.
