2023-24 - Junior
Swam in three meets in her third season... Placed second on Jan. 12 against Immaculata in 200-yd FR (2:11.59)... Placed Second in 100-yd FL (1:04.94) on Jan. 20 against Arcadia... Swam three personal bests in the 200-yd BK (2:17.03), 50-yd FL (27.78), and 100-yd FL (1:00.36) and a season best in the 200-yd FR (2:08.04) at MAC Championships.
2022-23 - Sophomore
Swam in six meets in her second season... Won the 200-yd FR (2:08.41) on Oct. 22 against Moravian & Immaculata... Swam personal best 26.55 in the 50-yd FR at Cougar Splash Invitational... Won the 200-yd IM (2:23.37) on Jan. 28 against Ramapo... Swam season bests in 50-yd BR (35.64), 100-yd BR (1:15.55), 50-yd FL (28.97), 100-yd FL (1:01.31), and 200-yd IM (2:20.08) at MAC Championships.
2021-22 - First Year
Competed in eight regular season dual meets...Placed 2nd in the 1000 free (12:36.04) against Cabrini and Cedar Crest, 2nd in 200 back (2:30.90) against Immaculata, and 2nd in the 200 free (2:08.52) against Albright...Registered three collegiate personal bests in the 100 breast (1:13.36), 100 fly (1:00.02), and 200 individual medley (2:18.47) at MAC Championships (2/10-13/22).
High School
Swam four years at Abington High School with a focus on individual medleys and distance free... Also played track and field for two years...Holds two team records in the 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay...Team captain her senior year...Named All Conference and qualified for the District Team in 2019...Earned honor roll from 2018-21...Active in National Honors Society.

Daughter of Kim Cassidy and Eric Sanders...Favorite athlete is Jason Kelce...Enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with friends and family...Aspires to be a psychopharmacologist.
