Opened the season with a personal best at LVC Dutchmen Invitational in the 5k (19:23.1)… Took first at MAC Championships with a 22:33.5 to earn Runner of the Year… Placed second at NCAA Metro Regionals with a 22:01.3… Placed highest in Widener history at NCAA Championships and ran a personal best 21:48.5 in the 6k to place 42

2023 – Senior
Began the season at Rowan Interregional Border Battle and placed sixth with a 22:08.5… Took first at MAC Championships with a 23:51.6 to earn Runner of the Year… Placed second at NCAA Metro Regionals with a 21:56.4 for a season best…Placed 119
th at NCAA Championships with a 22:41.3
2022 – Junior
Finished 4th running the second fastest time in program history (22:21.2) at Paul Short leading the team to a 1st place finish in the White race… 1st MAC Champion in program history running a time of 22:30.6 at Union Canal Tunnel Park (LVC). Led the team to its first ever MAC Cross Country Title… 1st Regional Champion in program history running a time of 22:49.4 at DeSales. Led the team to its first ever Regional Championship title earning the team’s first NCAA team appearance… Finished 164th at the NCAA Championships running 23:55.3 in East Lancing Michigan
2021 – Sophomore
Earned MAC Rookie of the Year and All-MAC First Team finishing 4th at the MAC Championships leading the team to a second-place finish, their best finish to date… Earned All-Region honors finishing 16th at the Metro Region Championships with a season best time of 23:21.3
