ORLANDO, Fla. - A sunny trip to Walt Disney World Resort for Widener Cheerleading concludes with results from UCA Nationals.

Friday's competition featured the Game Day routine where the Pride showed off their talents in a potential three rounds. Saturday would showcase the Open All Girl (Traditional) routine.

In the Game Day category, the Pride would place 16th of 36 teams across all Divisions. In the A preliminary group, the Pride earned 85.233 points to tie with Linfield University at 8th to advance to the semifinal round later that afternoon. Later on Friday, the Pride took to the mat to showcase in the semifinal round. They would earn 87.233 points to better their preliminary score and place 16th. 

On Saturday in the Open All Girl, the Blue and Gold placed 7th of 12 teams. The semifinal round gave the Pride 68.5 points to place 7th which would fall one place shy of the final round by 0.03 points.
