CHESTER, Pa. - Women's Volleyball is taken down by Eastern University 0-3 in their second game of conference play. 
 

The Pride drop to a 7-6 record on the season and 0-2 in conference. Their next in conference game will be Wednesday, October 4th against Hood College. 

BY THE NUMBERS 

• Shannon Toomey led the team with four kills 

• Leading in assists was Megan Barthol with 10 

• Megan Barthol and Rachel DiCarlo both with a team-best nine digs 

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The first set was tied 9-9, but Eastern prevailed 25-16 

• Eastern took an early lead in the second set and didn't look back as they took the win 25-10 

• The Eagles finished the match with a 25-7 win in the third set 

UP NEXT 

The Pride will be looking to bounce back Thursday, September 28th against Washington College. That game is set to start at 7pm.
