HOW IT HAPPENED
The Pride knocked down six of its first seven shots and took an early 13-5 lead after four minutes of play. The stellar shooting continued through most of the first act as the Blue and Gold shot 56.3 percent from the field to keep the Knights at arm's length and enter halftime with a commanding 47-31 lead.

The second stanza saw Widener extend its lead to as many as 23 at the 15:24 mark. The Knights were able to pull back within 12 behind Da'kquan Davis's 27 point performance, but a solid three-point shooting night by the Pride helped it retake control of the game and hang on to the win.
