CHESTER, Pa. – Several program records either tied or were broken on Friday night as the Widener University field hockey team topped the Notre Dame (Md.) Gators, 13-0.
Widener got the scoring started early as the Blue and Gold scored three times in the first six minutes and led 5-0 following one period. After two more goals came across in the second, WU posted four in the third. A pair of markers in the fourth closed the scoring for the contest.

HISTORICAL NOTES
- The 13 goals shatters the previous program best. Widener twice scored nine goals in a game, against Shenandoah on October 24, 2009 and against Albright on October 17, 2007.
- Radnoff also tied the team record for assists in a game with three, most recently done by Schlosser at Drew on September 4.
