CHESTER, Pa. – Alyssa Dionisio posted one goal and one assist, leading the Widener women's soccer team to its first victory of the season, beating Rutgers – Camden 2-0 on Wednesday night.

Widener shot the ball nine times in the first half, putting it past the Rutgers keeper twice. The Pride defense only allowed three shot attempts on net in the first 45 minutes. Defensive adjustments at halftime made it difficult for both teams to score for the rest of the game.
