Boxscore HUNTINGDON, Pa. - The Widener University field hockey team battled Juniata College on Wednesday night in an ECAC first round match. The Pride fell to the Eagles by a score of 2-0. 

Shots were nearly even at the end of the first half, but the Eagles took a one goal lead into the intermission. Jordana Ambros led Widener in shots with two. A Juniata goal in the 59th minute solidified the final score. Victoria Byrne finished with five saves.

Widener ends the season at 8-8. This is third consecutive season with eight wins or more for Pride field hockey.
