Boxscore FREDERICK, Md. - The Widener University men's soccer team outshot Hood College 10-9, but fell to the conference opponent 2-0 on Saturday evening. 

Kevin McKenna fired off four shots and a shot on goal in 90 minutes. Nick LeFevre contributed three of the Pride's shots. Blazer goals in the 13th and 43rd were the only scores of the match, as both defenses locked it up for the second half. John Warwick tallied three saves.

Up next, the Pride travel to Cairn University on Wednesday, October 10 to play the Highlanders at 3:30 p.m.
