CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener University men's soccer team picked up a conference win against Albright College on Wednesday night, defeating the Lions 2-0.

A goal in each half by the Pride was enough to hold off the Lions. Team shots were even at eight, but stellar goalkeeping and defensive play kept Albright out of the net.

• Nick Brison scored his fifth of the season, capitalizing on a rebounded save by the Albright keeper.
• Noah Jefferies got his first goal of the year off a Logan Musselman low cross from the left side.
