CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener University women's swimming returned from winter break with a solid win, downing the Cabrini Cavaliers 170-39 on Sunday afternoon.

Christine Kunzler and
Jill Bujanowski each won two individual events and were a part of two victorious relays. Kunzler claimed both the 50 and 100 free with times of 24.90 and 54.33 respectively. Bujanowski won the 400 IM in 4:52.48 before taking the 200 fly with a time of 2:25.37. They were joined in the 200 medley relay by
Lauren Griffith and
Sammy Grogan to touch first in a time of 1:56.16.
Kaylin Augustine and
Nikki Mowry teamed up with Bujanowski and Kunzler in the 400 free relay for a winning time of 3:52.23.

Augustine had an event win in the 200 free, clocking in at 2:08.00. Griffith took the 200 back in a time of 2:24.06. Mowry won the 500 free in a 5:32.71 clocking. Grogan also won an event, touching the wall in 2:35.31 for the breaststroke.
Eva Partridge took her place atop the leaderboard, claiming the 1,000 free in 11:32.12.

The Pride returns to action on Saturday, Jan. 20 for its Senior Day meet, hosting Arcadia at 1:00 p.m.
