SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Widener University women's volleyball team completed play at the Swarthmore Quad on Saturday, being upended by the host Garnet and the SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons, both by 3-0 scores. For her efforts, Claire Kaufmann was named to the All-Tournament Team.
 
HIGHLIGHTS VS. SWARTHMORE

• Kaufmann led the Pride with seven kills.
• Ashley McAfee topped Widener with 18 digs while Sydney Nichols had nine assists.
• Nicole Dorman recorded five kills and eight digs for the match.

HIGHLIGHTS VS. SUNY ONEONTA

• Kaufman had a solid overall match with nine kills and five blocks.
• McAfee once again led the team with 14 digs.
• Trailing 20-13 in the third set, the Blue and Gold battled back, netting four points in a row. After the Red Dragons pushed ahead to 23-17, the Pride responded again, fighting to 23-21 before Oneonta notched the final two points.
