CHESTER, Pa. – 
Ryan McMahon tied his career-high with eight assists, however, the Widener University men's basketball team were dealt a 60-57 loss against the Rosemont College Ravens in the championship game of the Widener Tip-Off Tournament for Autism Awareness Saturday night.
HIGHLIGHTS
	- Nick Jackson finished with 14 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
- Connor Laverty added 10 points and five boards.
- Tyler Drews also knocked down 10 points and registered two assists.
- McMahon had eight assists.  
FIRST HALF
	- After falling behind early in the period, the Pride responded with a three-pointer from Elijah Boyd to cut the deficit down to one.
- The Pride then tied the half with less than five minutes remaining when Jackson connected on a layup that ignited a close 9-7 run to give Widener the lead at the half.
SECOND HALF
	- The Blue and Gold were ahead for practically the entire second half and led by a 47-36 score when Jackson scored off a fast break that started with a rebound from Tyler Drews.
- Widener continued to hold the lead until the fourth minute when Rosemont pulled ahead by two.
- The hosts had an opportunity to take control of the game when McMahon closed the gap with a layup, but it was not enough as the Falcon's scored the final assurance marker.

Widener will regroup and return to action as they take on Scranton University. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. at the Schwartz Center.
