DVU came back with a score, but missed the extra point as the Blue and Gold maintained a 7-6 edge. The Pride drove again and after some crucial third down conversions, scored on another Ennis run. The extra point was blocked and returned by DelVal, putting the score at 13-8. The Aggies scored again to end the quarter, missing the extra point, taking a 14-13 lead. DVU punched one more score home before the end of the half to take a 21-13 edge into intermission.
