Widener's football team is proud to take part in Coach to Cure MD during its game this Saturday at FDU-Florham in Madison, NJ.

Coach to Cure MD is a nationwide project designed to build awareness about Muscular Dystrophy and raise money to support researchers trying to find a treatment and cure.  The day is part of a corporation between the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy (PPMD), the largest non-profit organization in the United States focused entirely on Muscular Dystrophy.

Widener coach Mike Kelly and his staff will show his support for the cause by wearing a Coach to Cure MD patch during the game, which begins at 1:00 pm.
