Volleyball Swept Twice at Home Tri-Match

Widener was dealt a pair of 3-0 loss in its home tri-match, falling to Cabrini (15-25, 23-25, 15-25) and Haverford (21-25, 16-25, 18-25) at Schwartz Center.

Against Cabrini, freshman Brooke Ruditys (Upper Chichester, PA) continued her tear with 11 kills and nine digs, junior Victoria Miller (West Chester, PA) had 16 digs, senior Maggie Greenberg (Meadowbrook, PA) served 15 assists and freshman Sabrina Barbieri (Glen Mills, PA) had nine for the Pride (9-8).

Danielle Carrozza had 17 kills, Cassidy Koenig notched 37 assists and Sophia Sokolovich added 15 digs for the Cavaliers.

Versus Haverford, Barbieri ended with 19 assists, Miller had 10 digs and Ruditys amassed seven kills and eight digs.

Keri Godbe posted 13 kills and 10 digs, Meg O'Day notched 10 kills, Olivia Walsh totaled 16 assists, Abby Kelly had 14 and Sarah Brody added 10 digs for the Fords (9-2).

Widener hits the road Tuesday to visit Elizabethtown, beginning at 7:00 pm.
