Volleyball to Host Breast Cancer Awareness Day on Saturday

Widener's volleyball team will continue its annual tradition this Saturday by hosting Breast Cancer Awareness Day, which this year benefits the Side-Out Foundation.

The Pride will host the event this Saturday during their tri-match on Homecoming Weekend as they battle Neumann at 10:00 am and Swarthmore at 2:00 pm. Neumann and Swarthmore play each other at noon.

Donations will be accepted that will go toward the foundation, designed to help those in the volleyball community with cancer. The group in 2012 held multiple rallies with over $10,000 being raised in each.
