Widener capitalized on another penalty corner to regain the lead just over 10 minutes later. Cormier flicked a high shot over the head of Arcadia goalkeeper Sarah Baumgardner and into the top corner for her team-leading 13th goal of the year and the eventual game-winner.
Purcell made a total of 20 saves for the Pride (10-4, 3-3 CC).
Altera totaled 14 shots for the Knights (9-9, 2-5), who finished with a 34-7 edge.
